* Minor Projects are defined as projects that will take a maximum of 4 hours of labor time. Major Projects are defined as projects that will take longer than 4 hours of labor time.

A Project includes, but is not limited to, email migration, backup implementation, Microsoft Azure setup, spam filter implementation, new network configuration, new server setup, cloud migrations.

​

Major Projects require a pre-payment of 4 hours before starting. A Major Project will include a start and projected end date.

Backups

We are partnered with CloudAlly, an industry-leading backup service. We use this service to provide a cheap, highly effective backup solution for your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment.

Email Protection

We use SpamTitan for our email protection system, which allows us to protect all our clients' email accounts from spam, phishing, and identity hijacking.

Device Management

Device Management is a special service that requires an agent to be installed on all devices. This enables us to remotely monitor your systems, connect to your computers for tech support, push out patches and updates, and receive alerts when something is wrong.

Because this is a set-price by the vendor, there is no discount for non-profits.
